Job Descriptions:
- Reply to FB comment posts, PM or any specific questions and answer customers’ questions.
- Communicate with Sales and Productions regarding product and pricing.
- Stock count and key in data.
- Developing online advertising materials.
- Arrange shipment and update the estimated shipped time to customer.
- Do after-sales service.
- Experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing.
- Know how to manage Shopee, Lazada and Online Sales Platform.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns in Shopee/Lazada/Social Media Platforms.
- Assisting in order processing and order fulfilmemt.
Job Requirements:
- Aged 25-35.
- SPM/STPM or above.
- Prefer Chinese candidates due to the nature of business.
- Ability to read and write and communicate in Mandarin, English, Malay.
- Know how to use Microsoft Office.
- Female preferable.
